first of all, I can show you unsatisfied customers of yours if you like. I can provide you with e-mail addresses of numerous people who will tell you the problems they have had with your products. Some of the stories will make you cringe. The failure of the products they used borders on them being able to sue.

And as was stated eariler, personal attacks are not tolerated here. And they should make sense if you are going to make them. As a corperate professional, you should conduct yourself with a sense of professionalism. This seems to be a problem for you. Maybe that is one reason your products have a bad name. I am a chapter president of one of the largest car and truck clubs in the country, as well as a moderator on several internet forums. You can count on the fact that you just lost quite a few customers, due to the lack of respect you showed.

Also once again take this as a warning to clean up your attitude and the way you address others or you will be banned.

Pretty simple, impersonating an officer of a company is considered to be fraudulent. If this continures, I will forward all of your information including your name, email address, ISP, IP address and all the log information everytime you have accessed this site to your ISP and to AIM industries. LRH staff have quite a few business partners in the industry including those who work for AIM Industries, GodFather Customs, FBI, EAI and many more.

We could care less what companies you like or dislike. In fact, the very reason this site and forum exist is for member to share their experiences about companies. Instead of attacking one another or a company, please post only your (or friends) experiences about a company. Saying AIM sucks does not really explain what the problem is. I, personally, have had problems with missing parts when the package arrives - and sales has done nothing to correct the order except offer to accept a return with a restocking fee.

Please, try to keep it somewhat clean - and related to the topic.

Now, in response to madpimp21 - give the guys over at EAI a call. We have used their products for a number of years on many different vehicles. They have some really neat new products.

Be sure to tell them the guys from Lowrider Haven sent you.

Well ive used both EAI and AIM at my shop and to be honest its up to the shop to take care of the customer service side of any Installation like this. Aim is more helpful to me as a shop. They have the facilities to do anything I need. I know that AIM isnt very helpful to a customer when they call for things on the phone, but thats what My shop is there for. When it comes to bare hardware EAI has better parts but at a premium price. AIM is getting better, but by far has better custom parts available for each vehicle. IF i dont feel a part is up to my standards I do what i need to correct it so that the job gets done right. Thats what a customer needs a shop for.

As far as a silverado goes, I think it has rear leaf springs so its gets a little tricky there. if its is 4wd your running into a trickier situation. Eai has some 4wd drive kits but they are very expensive. If it is 2wd it should be fairly straightforward. Check out my shops website. www.speedworldny.com we do some nice work.. dean speedworldny
