i live in a bumpy road city. how high can air ride get me off the ground. I don't want to be bottoming.

It just all depends. There are a few different types of airbags themselves. Sleeved, doubt convoluted, etc. These all depend most on the load rating on the bags and what type of application you want on your vehicle. But in a nutshell, bags will get roughly 6 inches of clearance...Maybe a little more. I've never actually taken out my tape measurer to my Impala, but that's what I'd guess.

If you want to have lots of fun with hight try building a bracket to house two bags on top of one another then youll have all the hight you want and look cool doin it.
