I have a 1983 Oldsmobile 98 series two door. My question to you people out there is... Will 13, or 14x7 reversed fit under my rear fender skirts?. Also, right now my total height of my tire on my factory 15" wheels is 27.5". About how tall is a tire on a 13, or 14" wheel. I would like to know how much it will lower my car. The wheels I am looking at are CROWN 13x7 wires w/vogue tires.
