I have a 1985 Olds Cutlass Supreme and I was wondering could I put a two-pump hydraulic kit in my trunk and still have room for my three twelve inch subs.

Yes. It just depends on how many batteries you run. # of batteries=how much power you are using to actually pump your car. The more voltage, the faster it will raise. If it's your first setup then you can run 2 pumps, 4 dumps, 4 batteries just until you get the hang of it, then move up from there. But make sure you look into frame reinforcement.
