Can anyone tell me what i should put on my 81 el camino ive got 17's and its gonna be more of a cruizer than a bouncer well it wont bounce ever but i do want to three wheel should i reinforce? how much matinence is involved with hydos is it worth it? and are they hard to install yourself? can u wrap the frame at all with the body still on?
please help

Alright, as far as the frame WRAP, NO you can't with the body still on to do a complete frame wrap, but if you're not looking to hop and just hit some moves and 3, then you can reinforce your stress points.

As far as maintenace, you're gonna be lookin' at maintenance no matter what you do. The less pumps, the less voltage, etc., then the less maintenance, but yes there will be some. And installing yourself, if you don't have good mechanical experience and know nothing of hydraulics, take it to a shop.
