hey,
I want to have air suspension on my truck and give it a body drop too. Can i just air bag it and body drop it so the panels are skrapin the ground? OR, would i need to get a LOWERING KIT before i bag it and body drop it? I want to slam my truck by spending the least money possible. Can someone please give me some help???!???

Well if you're looking to spend hardly any money and be layin' rockers then it's out of the question for ya. For a nice bag setup (I don't know what you're looking for) and a body drop you're gonna be looking at 7 grand easily!!! But no, you should not need to buy a lowering kit first. You may need some other pieces such as a lower control arm, flip kit, etc. Just depends on the truck. You need to specify what you're lookin' for

What kind of truck do you have? You can get a nice drop on a 2wd truck. I do air-bag installs in Ny so maybe I can help you out.

I'm from Nevada, and I got a 2wd Chevy 1500, and I want it rockin the ground. you're sayin that i can just get air bags, and a body drop for it to be straight and flat to the ground? No needed lowering kit?,, if i can fork out the money that is. if so that's cool. How much do the shops charge for installation of air bags, and to do the body drop usually?

What year of chevy? If it's an older model then you're gonna need some spindles up front also and a flip kit, triangulated 3-link, or 4-link out back. Just depends on preference. If it's a newer model, you'll most likely need the same out back and deep cupped lower control arms.
