Hey whats up i think you should get a pioneer cd plyer, mtx 6000 or 8000 subwoofers and a mtx amp
that should help you

ICEMANMoD -> RE: Confused about car audio (1/14/2002 12:37:00 PM)

I think you should get all Rockford Fosgate set up! Rockford Fosgate Cd Head unit RFX9300
Subwoofers: 2 RFR3112
or 2 RFR3115
they are 2000 watts each speaker, need atleast 2-3 Rockford Fosgate BD 1500.1 amps! If you need help or if you need deals email me! I will get you the lowest price possible!! Thanks!

MEMPHIS, definitely MEMPHIS. More for your money and durable. The Power Bass section will do plenty for your needs. www.memphiscaraudio.com

first i would get all street wire wireing a kenwood flip face DMASK three 12' kicker solo-barics square and two kicker 1000 watt amps that would more than thump you out your ride. thanks

JROB21 -> RE: Confused about car audio (2/11/2002 2:16:00 PM)

go with kicker 15's a 1500 watt american bass amp big thump and inexpensive {as far as sound systems go}.as for head units theres a lot of good ones , i'd go with alpine or pioneer.

southsideriderxiii435 -> RE: Confused about car audio (2/14/2002 7:46:00 PM)

alright holly this what i would do!!
get a sony explode cd deck.get 2 jbls 12's cut.and then get a rockford fosgate amp you have to do the math on the watts for the amp so you dont over watt the speakers alright and the cut the ohms down too half a ohm and theres a badass system.

buffmatt -> RE: Confused about car audio (7/6/2002 6:04:00 PM)

Holly ,Holly, Holly, here i go again.now I know you want this to be easy but its not.If you want to thump there can only be one way babe, the 3 facter solution.1st what kind of vehicle? small, large the all effect speaker performance(larger space the sub has to work harder, smaller space less harder)
2nd What sound are you looking for? Do you and the girls want to rattle the windows in the mall while parking or do you want to relax and listn to the smooth voice of a beautiful latin singer.(The size and box of th speaker will effect the type of music you want to listn to.)3rd and most emportant is what are you willing to spend? What you pay for is what you hear.but like always cash can be the desiding factor for most people so my best advice is whatever sound you want speaker placement and box design dont shy away from .Any sub will sound good in the write box.

LowriderHaven -> RE: Confused about car audio (7/7/2002 1:57:00 AM)

I agree with buffmatt - but dont forget to factor in the power needed to produce a good sound. You can have the best box design and high end speakers - and not enough power. And vice versa - too much power to smaller speakers might damage them and end up costing more in the long run.
