If you mean " Vertically-Challenged" then you need to join the club. Send me an e-mail and I can tell you what chapter you are closest to and contact the president of that chapter.
As far as a " lowrider haven" sticker send a pm to lowrider haven. His member name is in most of the forum' s as a moderator. He owns the site and I' m pretty sure he can hook you up.
