1. Yes, hydro' s can be put on a shopping cart or lawn mower if you want.
2. It is all gonna depend on where you live, what kind of kit you use, who does the install, etc......
I am serious on the first one, our club has a child' s power wheel' s on bags. And if your close to me I' ll do it for $2000 out the door.

alright cool 2000 US funds? cause i' m Canadian. i live close to the boarder in ontario. where abouts do you live? your profile says lebanon PA. it would take me about 7 hours to get there driving.
i am not sure if i want hydro or bags yet. i would kinda like to get air off the bounce but i don' t want to damage the car. i want to do many things to this car. some subs an amps in the trunk, suicide doors, tinted windows, new rims, ect. can this all be done without things exploding with hydrualics?

Also, Are hydro' s legal in canada? from what i' ve herd, you can have them in the car, but they cannot be hooked up.
